Hussars are a type of light cavalry armed with sabres, which were formed in several armies.
They have a very distinctive short uniform jacket laced by cords, the 'attila'.
Hussars typically wear an additional fur-overjacket over one shoulder, the 'mente' (I didn't draw it, here).
Hungarian hussars wore a short chacko, e.g. prussian hussars wore fur-hats, the 'kolpak'.
